Guy Murphy is a researcher, writer and historian based in Melbourne (Australia) with over 14 years experience.
His book At Home on Hotham Hill examines the history of ‘the Bougainvillea House’, a prominent nineteenth century landmark located along Flemington Road, a major thoroughfare leading into central Melbourne. Past heritage projects have examined many different building types dating from the early Victorian era to the present day. While Guy has one foot firmly planted in the nineteenth century through his heritage work, the other is in the 21st century through his interests in technology and space research.
